What I Do
Hi, I’m Paul Rogers, a Registered Dietitian. I help busy people lose weight, reduce their risk of disease, and improve their performance by simplifying their nutrition into lifelong habits.
About Paul
Paul received a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. He has been a Clinical Dietitian working in hospitals for over 5 years and has completed the Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults. Prior to his career in nutrition, insecurities and misinformation led him down damaging paths of fads and bad relationships with food. Having been the victim of confusing and misleading nutrition information in the past, he is making it his mission to help busy, hard-working people realize their health and fitness goals the right way. Dietitian, husband, and father, Paul knows all too well that people don’t have much time to sort through and decipher all the information out there. He loves being able to help his patients and clients by simplifying their nutrition into basic action-taking steps; however, the hospital setting often doesn’t allow him to develop an ongoing, life-changing relationship with his patients. Thus, he co-founded Talon Nutrition, where he can be by your side throughout your journey to a healthier you!
